Production Assistant ? Evening Shift Brampton, ON | Full-Time | On-Site *About Us* We're a high-volume contract screen printing and apparel manufacturing facility based in Brampton, ON. We produce licensed and branded garments for major retail programs including Walmart, Costco, Canadian Tire, and Joe Fresh. This is a hands-on production floor role. If you want to learn how professional-scale apparel manufacturing works from the inside, this is the place to do it. *About the Role* As a Production Assistant on our evening shift, your primary job is keeping the automatic presses running. You'll work alongside press operators to make sure production never stops moving ? loading, supporting, and maintaining a steady floor rhythm from start to finish. *Key Responsibilities* - Learn the screen-making process end to end: prepping artwork, aligning films, and exposing screens - Reclaim, clean, and prep screens for the next production run - Support pre-production setup to ensure presses are ready to run on time - Assist on press and around the shop as needed - Pitch in wherever the shift requires ? this is a team floor *What We're Looking For* - Reliable, punctual, and consistent ? this is a team environment where everyone's role matters - Comfortable standing and working in a fast-paced production setting - Strong attention to detail and care for the finished product - Ability to take direction and work efficiently as part of a crew *Experience & Skills* No prior experience required ? we provide full training. *Asset (not required):* - Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator Previous experience in screen printing, garment decoration, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus but not expected. *Job Details* - Shift: Evening (3:30 PM start time) - Employment Type: Full-Time - Location: Brampton, ON (on-site) - Start Date: Immediate Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.60 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking Ability to commute/relocate: * Brampton, ON L6S 5X6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Work Location: In person
