*Assistant General Manager ? Mexican Restaurant (Full-Time)* We?re looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day. This is a full-time role for someone mature, dependable, and able to stay composed and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment. *What You?ll Do:* * Support the General Manager in all day-to-day restaurant operations * Lead by example on the floor?driving service standards, energy, and team accountability * Ensure every guest leaves with a great experience, even when things don?t go perfectly * Train, coach, and develop staff to deliver consistent, high-level hospitality * Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency * Manage scheduling, labour, and shift execution * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards * Step in wherever needed?this is a hands-on leadership role *What We?re Looking For:* * Strong understanding of hospitality and genuine passion for service * Proven experience in a leadership role within a restaurant environment * Mature mindset with the ability to ?roll with the punches? and adapt quickly * Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills * Team-oriented leader who earns respect through action, not title * Reliable, accountable, and takes ownership of results * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends *What You Bring:* You don?t get rattled when it?s busy.
