For over 25 years, we have served the industrial and municipal sectors across Ontario, providing reliable application support for a core group of world-class product lines including flow, level, pressure, and temperature measurement solutions.</p><p><strong><strong>The Opportunity</strong></strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong><strong>Inside Technical Sales Representative</strong></strong> with a strong knowledge base in process control and instrumentation to join our professional team. This is a <strong><strong>fully in-office, non-remote position</strong></strong> based at our headquarters in Gormley, Ontario. In this role, you will be the primary technical bridge for our existing customers, ensuring they receive precise solutions and expert support to optimize their industrial processes.</p><p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong></p><ul><li><strong><strong>Technical Proposal Development:</strong></strong> Review customer project specifications to select, size, and cost appropriate instrumentation; prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.</li><li><strong><strong>Customer Relationship Management:</strong></strong> Support existing clients by providing in-depth product expertise for flow, level, pressure, and analytical instrumentation.</li><li><strong><strong>Collaborative Sales Support:</strong></strong> Work closely with outside sales and manufacturer product teams to align strategies and recommend tailored solutions that meet specific market and process demands.</li><li><strong><strong>Order Precision:</strong></strong> Manage the complete order lifecycle from initial quotation to final order entry, ensuring meticulous documentation and data management within the CRM.</li><li><strong><strong>Technical Troubleshooting:</strong></strong> Deliver comprehensive post-sales technical support, assisting customers with product application challenges and troubleshooting instrumentation issues.</li><li><strong><strong>Market Intelligence:</strong></strong> Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations on product upgrades and advancements.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Requirements</strong></strong></p><ul><li><strong><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></strong> Proven knowledge in process control instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, and controllers for variables such as pressure, temperature, and flow).</li><li><strong><strong>Inside Sales Experience:</strong></strong> Background in manufacturer representative or distribution environments, with a focus on technical sales support.</li><li><strong><strong>In-Office Attendance:</strong></strong> Ability to work full-time at our <strong><strong>Gormley, Ontario office</strong></strong> to facilitate collaboration with internal teams and manufacturer principals.</li><li><strong><strong>Communication & Problem-Solving:</strong></strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong aptitude for technical troubleshooting.</li><li><strong><strong>Software Proficiency:</strong></strong> Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and standard office software for technical drawing review and data management.</li><li><strong><strong>Detailed & Results-Driven:</strong></strong> High attention to detail with a commit- Location Richmond Hill, ON
