The Shelter Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Onboarding, orientation and training of new staff</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Providing leadership and support to frontline staff, including debriefing, facilitation, conflict resolution and crisis intervention</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Provide ongoing mentorship and coordination to team members to support consistency and quality in all service provision.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Provide insight and input, as required, to the performance evaluation process.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Provide direct client service to program participants.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;">Provide service in a dignified, culturally safe and respectful manner that reflects the charism of Good Shepherd, and which reflects an integrated anti-racism/anti-oppression, feminist framework.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #000- Location Hamilton, ON
