Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Chicken farming. Dusty. Odours. Poultry and egg production. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Formulate feeding program. Maintain livestock performance records. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs. Maintain work records and logs. Perform general farm duties. Track and report on current feed inventory . Supervision: 3-4 people. Area of specialization: Poultry. Security and safety: Criminal record check.
