*Overview* I am seeking a dedicated and skilled B-train Driver. Sleeper truck position, Monday to Friday. Mainly running between Castlegar and Vernon, but not limited to. Driver can be Vernon or Kelowna based. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while transporting goods. A successful Truck Driver will demonstrate excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. *Responsibilities* * Safely operate truck and trailer to transport goods to designated locations. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance. * Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling of materials. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding routes and schedules. * Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. * Perform basic maintenance on vehicles, including minor repairs as needed. *Qualifications* * Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. * Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record. * Basic automotive repair skills are a plus for maintaining vehicle performance.
