*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a cook. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in the food industry and a desire to deliver exceptional dining experiences. The cook will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining food safety standards. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is required. *Duties* * Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and presentation standards. * Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience. * Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and plating. * Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation protocols. * Maintain cleanliness of all line cooking equipment, reach-ins, walk-in fridges and freezers, dry storage room and work areas during and at the end of each shift. * Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure compliance. * Support team members during busy service times to ensure smooth operations. * Restock supplies and assist in inventory management as needed. * Supports and takes direction from both the Chef & Sous Chef. *Skills* * Must have Safe Food Handlers Certification. * Must be present in full uniform at all times and maintain personal hygiene. * Must maintain a professional and positive attitude with guests, associates and management. * Must be flexible to work all shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays as required based on hotel functions.
