*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. As a key member of our retail team, you will contribute to the overall success of the store by meeting sales goals and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. *About us* We are family business with professionalism and integrity. We sell Landscape supplies, gardening supplies, and farm supplies. Other jobs will include stocking shelves, pricing, processing sales, tidying & cleaning, and answering phones. Willingness to learn about new products and work well independently and with a team required. Must be available within Tuesdays - Saturdays 8:30-4:30 Full time or Part time. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer experience. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties. * Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, packaging merchandise and keeping displays clean and tidy. * Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. * Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required. * Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance effectively. * Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. * Proficient in cash handling and cashiering processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
