*Position: *Food Service Supervisor *Location: *Edmonton, AB *Shift: 4:30 to 11.* *Job Overview:* The Food Service supervisor is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the dining room. This individual will assist with the preparation, presentation, and service of food to ensure a quality dining experience for all guests. This position is also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety guidelines. *Essential Functions:* * Prepares and serves food items to guests in a timely and timely manner. * Sets up tables, plates, condiments, and other dining items. * Maintains cleanliness of work area, including but not limited to kitchen, break room, and rest room. * Assists with beverage service in the dining room. * Assists with cleaning of food service areas. * Adheres to health and safety guidelines regarding food preparation and storage. * Other duties as assigned. *Qualifications:* * Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other staff. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. * Ability to remain calm under pressure and react quickly in an emergency. * Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and early mornings. * Excellent Communication skill. * Knowledge about POS system and handle the POS .
