Ensure compliance with government regulations. Develop and promote new food products. Recommend corrective or enforcement action. Perform quality control and proofreading. Identifying and investigating compliance issues. Investigate complaints. Conduct quality audits . Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000, 9001 quality management certified. Safe quality foods (SQF) Certificate. Hazard Analysis and Criticial Control Points (HACCP) Certification. Knowledge of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Regulatory investigation: Regulatory reporting. Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software. Monitoring and tracking software. Spreadsheet. MS Windows. MS Excel. Industrial processes and products experience: Quality assurance and control. Product inspection experience: Meat and meat products. Area of specialization: Quality improvement. Operations management.
