Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: All weather conditions. Work setting: Various locations. Construction site. Retail service establishment. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform safety and security checks. Supervise other workers. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Perform preventive maintenance. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Establish work schedules and procedures. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Evaluate daily operations .
