The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care. This role requires a compassionate professional with strong clinical skills and injections/IV skills specifically. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with the healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring adherence to medical protocols and safety standards. *Responsibilities* * We are expanding and seeking aligned practitioners with existing clientele or strong growth potential: \* Nurse Injectors (RN/NP) ? Botox, fillers, skin boosters \* Naturopathic Doctors ? hormones, IV therapy, metabolic health \* Integrative / Functional MDs ? peptides, longevity, advanced protocols This role is ideal for practitioners seeking flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client work within a supportive professional environment. * Conducting comprehensive client assessments within your scope of practice * Creating individualized wellness or care plans aligned with client goals and values * Providing 1:1 consultations (virtual) or in person and, where applicable, group offerings * Utilizing holistic, lifestyle, and evidence-based strategies to support client well-being * Collaborating with other practitioners and healthcare professionals as appropriate * Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation and client records * Practicing in a trauma-informed, culturally safe, and ethical manner * Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations * Diagnose acute and chronic illnesses across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and seniors * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams * Administer medications and perform procedures such as phlebotomy, pain management interventions, and laboratory testing * Provide patient education on health management, medication use, and preventive care strategies * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality *Skills* * Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, case management, and laboratory procedures * Proficiency in electronic health records systems such as Epic or Cerner * Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse healthcare needs * Ability to perform phlebotomy and manage laboratory testing procedures effectively * Experience in medical office settings is preferred * Familiarity with assisted living facilities and dementia care protocols is advantageous * Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate patients effectively This position offers an opportunity to make
