About the Role Our collision center is looking for a skilled Collision Repair Technician to handle everything from minor cosmetic work to full structural rebuilds. You will work on a variety of makes and models including domestic, import, and EV using modern measuring systems and OEM-certified procedures. What You Will Be Doing * Diagnose collision damage and develop a repair plan * Perform structural and non-structural repairs * Replace damaged panels using welding, bonding, and riveting * Use computerized measuring systems for frame and unibody alignment * Repair plastic bumpers and trim components * Document repairs accurately for insurance and quality control * Work closely with the paint department for seamless handoffs You Bring * 5+ years of hands-on collision repair experience * Comfort with MIG, spot, and aluminum welding * Familiarity with I-CAR or OEM certifications (a plus) * A craftsman's attention to detail * Reliable, team-oriented attitude We Offer * Competitive pay with flat rate opportunity of $25-$30/HR * (Hourly Pay Options available) * Health benefits package after 3 months * Continuous training and certification support * *#INDHUT* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: * Dental care * On-site parking Work Location: In person- Location Windsor, ON
