We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, flexible, & supportive team environment where every team member is valued. *Why You?ll Love It Here* - You?ll make a real impact every day?advocating for pets and supporting the people who love them - Hands-on role where your RVT skills are fully utilized and respected - Cat-Friendly & Fear Free?focused care that prioritizes low-stress, compassionate handling - Practices Hands-Free Radiology - A team that celebrates wins (big and small) and supports each other through busy days - Strong focus on pet nutrition and client education?you?ll help clients truly improve their pets? quality of life - Opportunities to pursue special interests (dentistry, anesthesia, nutrition, feline medicine, etc.) - Our team has the ability to provide additional support to clients in need within our community using in-house Oscar Fund, and additional Care Fund Program . *What We?re Looking For* · Registered Veterinary Technician (or eligible for registration) · Works collaboratively with team members to ensure AAHA high standards of care · Experience in anesthetic monitoring, dental cleaning, and patient care nursing (preferred, but not required) · Utilize technical skills to their fullest potential in diagnostics and treatment, and willingness to develop them · Uses attention to detail and maintains accurate medical records · Passion for learning and continuous professional growth · Support client communication via follow up calls, booking appointments, answering phones · Positive mindset and ability to work cohesively within a team · Strong communication skills with both clients and coworkers · Educate clients on pet health, nutrition, and preventive care · Commitment to Fear Free and/or cat-friendly handling techniques (or willingness to learn) · Assist with husbandry and disinfection control duties · Solid work ethic and dedication *About the role* Shifts range from 8, 10, or 12 hours, sharing in a rotation of weekends. We do our best to provide monthly schedules with fair shifts amongst the entire team. There is flexibility to trade shifts when needed.
