*Job Summary* We are hiring a Shipping Coordinator / Shipping Clerk with strong experience in logistics, dispatch, and warehouse coordination. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, on-time delivery of window units, doors, and construction materials to job sites. Ideal candidates will have experience in shipping & receiving, dispatching, inventory coordination, and transportation scheduling within a manufacturing or construction environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Coordinate daily shipping, dispatch, and delivery scheduling * Book trucks, plan routes, and align deliveries with site schedules and crane times * Prepare and verify packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), and shipping documents * Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and properly sequenced for installation * Track and manage backorders, shortages, and delivery confirmations * Communicate with production, inventory, project managers, and drivers * Provide delivery ETAs and real-time shipment updates * Troubleshoot issues such as missing items, damaged goods, and urgent orders * Maintain shipping logs, inventory records, and cycle counts * Inspect outgoing materials for quality and accuracy * Follow all health & safety procedures (forklift / glass handling environment) *Qualifications* * Experience in shipping, logistics, dispatch, or warehouse coordination is an asset * Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building materials industry preferred * Knowledge of shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips) * Experience with inventory tracking, backorders, and order verification * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Proficient in Excel / ERP systems (asset) Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Work Location: In person- Location Woodbridge, ON
