*Job Overview* We are a Top 1% Royal LePage brokerage with offices in the Tri-Cities and Ridge Meadows areas looking to expand into property management. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized, customer-centric, licensed Lead Property Manager to assist in launching our property management division. There are also additional opportunities for licensed property managers to join the division with their own existing book of business. Lead, admin and sales support available. This position is commission based. *Duties* * Manage and coordinate all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations * Utilize property management software to track rent payments, maintenance requests, and occupancy status * Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping to ensure accurate documentation * Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements * Respond promptly to tenant inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service skills * Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with prospective and current tenants to maximize occupancy rates * Collaborate with maintenance teams using CMMS systems to schedule repairs and track work orders * Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and problem-solving strategies * Assist in marketing available units through sales techniques and customer relationship management strategies *Skills* * Proficiency in Buildium property management software is desirable * Strong office experience with excellent organizational skills including data entry and filing * Background in administrative support or office management within a property or real estate environment * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally * Experience in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management to enhance tenant retention and lease acquisition * Knowledge of property management practices, safety standards, and CMMS systems for maintenance tracking * Effective communication skills including professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a dynamic position within property management that combines administrative expertise with excellent customer service.
