Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Small Engine Mechanic! You will diagnose, repair, and maintain small engines, including lawnmowers, chainsaws, generators, and other power equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about delivering quality service. You must have good experience working with 2-stroke equipment. Stihl and Echo / Shindaiwa specifically. Responsibilities: * Diagnose and repair small engines. * Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups. * Test equipment to ensure proper functionality. * Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers. * Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean workspace. Qualifications: * 2+ years experience as a small engine mechanic. * Knowledge of two-stroke and four-stroke engines. * Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair techniques. * Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Valid driver?s license preferred. * [Optional: Certification, Kawasaki, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton or STIHL or ECHO certification, a plus.] Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour Experience: * small engine mechanical: 10 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Burlington, ON
