*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist or Registered Counselling Therapist to join our team. We have recently completed our new building at 45 Wye Street in Mahone Bay and have the capacity to take on two more associates to meet the incredible need for services in our area, specifically those that work with school-aged children and adolescents. We are attempting to meet the need for psychological assessments and therapy, thus we're looking for either a Psychologist or a Registered Counsellor. *Experience* * A doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., or equivalent) or Masters in Psychology from an accredited institution or a Masters in Counselling. * Valid licensure or certification as a Psychologist in this province. * Prior experience providing psychological assessment, therapy, or counselling is preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. * Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other modalities is desirable. * Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and adhere to ethical standards at all times.
