Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies. Hire, train and supervise staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Waxing. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair. Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair.
