*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team and assist with various construction projects. This role involves supporting skilled tradespeople and contributing to the successful completion of building, restoration, and landscaping tasks. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Prior experience with hand tools, carpentry, or landscaping is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing a broad skill set within the construction industry. *Responsibilities* * Assist with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites * Use hand tools and power tools to support concrete, hardscaping, framing, and finishing tasks * Support installation of interlock, tile laying, and concrete as needed * Assist with plumbing, caulking, and painting projects * Read and interpret schematics and blueprints under supervision * Support restoration projects by removing debris and preparing surfaces for work * Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope *Requirements* * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods * Basic familiarity with hand tools and construction practices is preferred but not mandatory * Willingness to learn new skills such as brick laying, concrete prep, and specialized trades like plumbing or electrical * Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards * Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team * Prior experience in construction, landscaping, carpentry, restoration, or related fields is advantageous but not required * Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any necessary background checks or safety screenings Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
