*Marketing Coordinator* At City Vibe Developments, we seek individuals who are highly motivated, productive and who strive to achieve the highest quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. City Vibe is seeking a qualified candidate to work as the Marketing Coordinator. *Responsibilities:* * Plan, run, and improve paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and display networks. * Create and manage email marketing campaigns that connect with customers and encourage them to take action. * Perform market comparison reviews * Use automation tools to send the right messages to customers at the right time. * Plan budgets for campaigns and make sure every dollar is spent wisely. * Write compelling and clear ad copy for paid ads, emails, and website content. * Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track results and spot opportunities. * Analyze campaign data to understand what?s working and make improvements. * Test new ideas with A/B testing to improve ads, emails, and calls-to-action. * Support other marketing activities and tasks as needed, including but not limited to promotions, events, and content updates. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys *Qualifications/Requirements*: * Diploma or degree in marketing or related fields. * Excellent attention to detail. * At least 3 years of experience running online advertising and email marketing campaigns. * Strong skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising tools. * Experience with email marketing and automation platforms. * Able to analyze campaign results and make data-driven improvements. * Skilled at writing ads, emails, and website content that are clear and engaging. * Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once. * Curious, proactive, and always looking for better ways to reach customers. * A team player who collaborates, shares ideas, and works well with others. * Event coordination, set-up and attendance may be required. * Must be able to work independently. * Additional items as required.City Vibe offers competitive salaries in addition to benefits, including company-split Extended Health/Dental plan, Life & AD&D, long term disability.
