*Job Summary* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions. This role requires organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering the phone with professionalism and courtesy * Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using digital and paper means * Handle filing, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to ensure organized record-keeping * Provide excellent customer support and service to clients, patients, or vendors * Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff members * Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote efficiency * Support administrative projects and perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations * Help keep the team organized by staying on top of incoming and outgoing jobs * Create invoices and keep track of payments and overdue invoices * Help create square footage from measurements and blue print drawings (not required, but preferred) *Experience* * Prior experience in an office setting is required * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools * Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, proofreading, and file management * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively * Demonstrated customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and communication skills * Clerical experience involving front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and administrative support is essential *Highlighted Skills* * Familiarity with different quartz companies and helping clients pick quartz colors for their home * Ability to make square footage from measurements and blueprint drawings * Ability to create and stay on top of invoices using Invoice2Go * Preferred method of organization being through paper and verbal communication means * Ability to communicate with a team with many employees and parts organized and on top of important deadlines This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and professionalism will contribute significantly to the success of our team.
