*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, along with familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and facilities maintenance. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and industrial spaces, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas * Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as scrubbing, polishing, or minor repairs * Use custodial equipment and cleaning supplies effectively to meet quality standards * Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are safe and well-maintained * Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning schedules within designated timeframes * Assist with heavy lifting tasks when necessary, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs or safety concerns * Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing client requests professionally *Experience* * Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate * Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance is advantageous * Experience in customer service roles can be beneficial in understanding client needs and expectations * Strong time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues promptly \*\*APPLICANT MUST BE BONDABLE AND HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION\*\* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
