If you?re a master of the clay oven and can produce the perfect char every time, we want you! *The Gig:* * *Tandoor Mastery:* Manage the clay oven for smoky kebabs and pillowy breads. * *Prep & Marinades:* Handle authentic seasoning for meats, seafood, and veggies. * *Quality First:* Ensure every Naan and Tikka meets our high standards. * *Fast-Paced:* Keep the rhythm steady during the dinner rush. *What We?re Looking For:* * Proven experience at the Tandoor station. * Expert knowledge of dough prep and heat management. * A valid Food Handler Certification. * A team player who takes pride in every plate. *The Perks:* * Competitive pay + staff meals. * A great kitchen culture with room to grow.
