*Lead Registered Dental Assistant* We are excited to be opening a brand-new specialty dental practice in the SW of Calgary and are looking for a strong Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our team from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, leadership, and helping build systems and workflow in a modern specialty environment. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and flexible team member who is excited to grow with the practice long term. *Position Overview* The Lead RDA will play an important role in helping prepare and organize the practice prior to opening, while also supporting daily clinical operations once patients begin treatment. This role will include both leadership responsibilities and regular chairside assisting duties. *Responsibilities* * Chairside assisting for dental procedures * Assisting with practice setup and organization prior to opening * Organizing operatories, instruments, supplies, and workflow systems * Supporting sterilization and infection prevention protocols * Helping create and maintain efficient clinical systems * Assisting with inventory management and ordering * Supporting a positive and team-focused work environment * Providing excellent patient care and communication *Qualifications* * Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification * Previous dental assisting experience required * ClearDent Experience an assest * Specialty experience is considered an asset * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to multitask and adapt in a growing environment * Leadership experience or natural leadership qualities preferred * Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed *Schedule* * Starting at 3?4 days per week * Flexibility is required during the startup phase * Opportunity to grow into additional days/hours in the future *What We Offer* * Opportunity to help build a new specialty practice from the beginning * Supportive and collaborative environment * Modern office and systems * Long-term growth opportunity within the practice We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, team-oriented, and excited to be part of something from day one.
