*Guest Services Supervisor (Full-Time)* Reporting to: General Manager *Travelodge by Wyndham Thunder Bay* is currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and hands-on *Guest Services Supervisor* to join our leadership team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys leading by example, and is passionate about guest service, operational consistency, and team support. The Guest Services Supervisor plays an important role in the day-to-day operation of the hotel and will assist with front desk leadership, guest relations, training support, problem resolution, and overall operational flow. Key Responsibilities: * Support and oversee front desk operations during assigned shifts * Assist with guest concerns, service recovery, and escalations * Provide support, coaching, and guidance to front desk associates * Ensure operational standards, cleanliness, and professionalism are maintained * Assist with shift coverage and scheduling support when required * Support communication between departments to ensure smooth operations * Monitor reservations, payments, billing concerns, and daily reporting * Assist with training and onboarding of new team members * Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and teamwork Qualifications: * Previous hotel front desk or hospitality leadership experience preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and work well under pressure * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset * Experience with hotel PMS systems is considered an asset * Must be comfortable supporting hotel operations in a team-focused environment What We?re Looking For: We are looking for someone who is adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and is willing to grow within the hospitality industry.
