Residential, Commercial, Airbnbs & Resorts (Full-Time / Part-Time)* *Location:* Okanagan Region (West Kelowna to Lake Country, BC) *Job Description* We are a growing professional cleaning company based in the Okanagan and are currently hiring reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team. We provide cleaning services for: * Residential homes * Commercial properties * Airbnb turnovers * Resort cleaning (on-site locations available) We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work and want consistent hours in a supportive environment. *Responsibilities:* * Residential and commercial cleaning * Airbnb turnover cleans (fast-paced detailed work) * Resort cleaning (single-location work available) * Bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping * Post-construction and deep cleaning as needed * Following checklists and company standards *Requirements:* * Valid driver?s license * Reliable vehicle (required for travel between jobs) * Criminal record check (required) * Strong attention to detail * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently * Cleaning experience is an asset but not required (training provided) _Note: Resort positions may be available for applicants without a vehicle, as these are single-location roles._ *What We Offer:* * Full-time and part-time flexible hours * Competitive pay with growth opportunities * Starting at $19.50?$22/hour * Up to $25?$30/hour for experienced or high-performing staff * Training provided * Steady, year-round work *Compensation:* $19.50?$22/hour starting rate Performance-based increases up to $25?$30/hour Pay: $19.50-$29.53 per hour Work Location: In person- Location Kelowna, BC
