*Job Overview* We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the condition of vehicles and equipment. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism, supporting the overall operations of our organization. *Responsibilities* * Operate a variety of vehicles including trucks, or specialized equipment for freight transportation. * Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. * Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery schedules. * Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep vehicles in optimal condition. * Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transportation duties. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery status or issues. *Skills* * Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record. * Experience in commercial driving and freight transportation. * Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely. * Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting vehicle issues. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and route planning. * Physical ability to load/unload cargo and operate heavy machinery as required. * Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively. This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our logistics operations while ensuring safety and efficiency in every delivery.
