*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators to join our team at either of our sites. This is a full time shift. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of young children. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to engage with children and their families effectively. Looking for Supply work ? Let us know. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. * Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. * Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development. * Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community. * Maintain accurate records of children's activities, behavior, and developmental milestones. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience within the program. * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations. *Requirements* * Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. * Valid teaching certification or licensure in early childhood education is a plus. * Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. * Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. * Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children. * Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
