ClearCare Periodontal & Implant Center is currently seeking a full time Registered Dental Assistant to join our wonderful team. Key Requirements: * In depth knowledge of infection-control policies and protocols * Good communication skills and great chairside manners * Excellent organizational and planning skills * Working knowledge of computers, Dentrix and Microsoft office * Strong work ethics and a team player Education and Experience: * Licensed RDA (Manitoba) * Valid CPR certificate * Knowledge of dental and surgical terminology Key Responsibilities: * Greeting patients and assisting in completion and collection of all necessary clinical and radiographic data * Preparing treatment room by following prescribed protocols for each treatment * Assisting chairside during treatments and operatory turn around after completion of treatment * Ensuring operation of dental equipment and tools by completing preventive maintenance requirements * Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies * Strong team player This a full-time position (Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends).
