Trans-Care Rescue Ltd. is currently looking for a full time bookkeeper. The position will be Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (40 hours per week). Working remotely is not an available option. *Job Requirements* * Must have a minimum of 3 years accounting experience. * Must have a good working knowledge of QuickBooks. * Post-secondary education in accounting preferred. * Strong computer skills. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. * High attention to detail, strong numerical ability and organizational skills. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily work load. *Duties * * Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable * US Accounts Payable * Payroll Administration * GST/PST/Payroll Remittances * Credit Card Reconciliations * Bank Reconciliations * Year End Duties for Accountant/Financial Reporting * Various other accounting and office duties as required Only people with the above-mentioned qualifications will be considered for an interview. Special consideration will be given to applicants with experience in ComplyWorks, ISNetworld, Ariba, Aveeta, Coupa, Agiliron and Nimbi. Trans-Care Rescue Ltd. is located 30 kms northwest of Saskatoon on Highway 16. Wages are dependent upon qualifications. Benefits to commence after a 3 month probationary period.
