The receptionist position at South Calgary Executive Centre is a job-share between 2 people. * Position available: *12:30pm - 5pm Wednesdays, 9:00am - 5pm Thursdays & Fridays* * _*Please DO NOT apply if you are looking for full time work. This position will always be part-time*_*.* * Please *DO NOT apply *if you *cannot provide coverage for Monday through Wednesday, *when needed (i.e. vacation/sick days) Duties include: * answering multi-line phone system * greeting clients & visitors * sending/receiving mail & couriers * managing boardroom bookings * office orientations for new tenants * tours to prospective clients looking for office space * problem-solving client issues * responding to requests about our services * organizing networking events * ordering office supplies * maintaining kitchen area * coordinating office equipment maintenance * clerical duties * Microsoft Office skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Ability to do invoicing in Quickbooks is an asset * _Ability to work independently essential! At times, you will be the only employee of South Calgary Executive Centre on site._ * _Friendly, welcoming personality is a must-have!_ * _Reliability is VERY important to us!_ _*Flexibility to cover 2nd receptionist for vacation/sick days is very important to us.*_ _*PLEASE do not apply if you are seeking full time work or will not be able to provide coverage!*_ Job Types: Permanent, Part-time Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Application question(s): * Do you have flexibility in your schedule to cover vacation/sick days * Are you looking to work 2.5 days per week or would you prefer more hours?
