We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Labourers to join our team. This position involves a mix of landscaping, grass cutting, site preparation, and earthworks tasks on residential and commercial projects. If you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hands-on team, this is a great opportunity. Key Responsibilities:Assist with site preparation, grading, and excavationPerform landscaping tasks including sod, rock, mulch, and plantingLoad/unload materials and toolsOperate basic hand and power toolsSupport equipment operators and skilled tradespeopleMaintain a clean and safe worksiteFollow all safety procedures and company standards Qualifications:Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or earthworks is an asset Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid drivers license Experience operating skid steers or small equipment is an asset Work Conditions:Outdoor work in all weather conditionsPhysically demanding (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)May require early mornings, extended hours, or weekend work during peak season What We Offer:Competitive wagesOpportunities for advancement and trainingSupportive team environmentConsistent hours during peak season- Location Regina, SK
