*Job Summary* We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. *Duties* \* Set up and break down banquet tables and chairs. \* Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner. \* Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service. \* Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively. \* Maintain a clean and organized work area. \* Adhere to all food and beverage service standards. \* Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. \* Work effectively as part of a team. \* May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. *Qualifications* \* Prior experience as a Banquet Server or in a related role preferred. \* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. \* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. \* Strong teamwork and communication skills. \* Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment. \* Professional appearance and demeanor.
