*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS * Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards * Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cashiering responsibilities * Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales * Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained in accordance with health regulations * Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods * Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising service quality * Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction * Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and dining spaces *Requirements* * Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not mandatory * Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus * Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor * Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards * Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours * Food handling certification or knowledge of food safety practices is desirable * Experience with food industry operations including serving, upselling, and guest services preferred * Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation is advantageous * Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a hospitality setting Join our team to provide memorable dining experiences while developing your skills in the vibrant food industry.
