Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize accurate and professional documents.<br/></div><div>? Manage invoices, expenses, and basic financial and administrative processes.<br/></div><div>? Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics, including room bookings and scheduling.<br/></div><div>? Maintain and manage digital and physical records in accordance with records management practices.<br/></div><div>? Support written and verbal communications across the team.<br/></div><div>? Manage multiple priorities while working independently and meeting deadlines.<br/></div><div>? Provide effective coordination and follow-up on administrative activities.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? Relevant post-secondary education in the area of office administration or a related field.<br/></div><div>? 2 years of experience organizing business events and coordinating logistics.<br/></div><div>? 1 year of experience supporting an Executive Director.<br/></div><div>? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including formatting, tracking, and document production.<br/></div><div>? Experience managing invoices, expenses, and basic financial processes.<br/></div><div>? Proven ability to organize meetings, events, and logistics, including room bookings and coordination.<br/></div><div>? Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br/></div><div>? Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.<br/></div><div>? Experience with records management, both digital and physical.<br/></div><div>? Ability to produce accurate, well-formatted documents and identify errors prior to finalization.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>Nice to have</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? 2 years of experience working in a government or public sector environment.<br/></div><div>? 1 year of experience working in an information management environment.<br/></div><div>? 1 year of experience working in a data, analytical, or technical team environment.<br/></div><div>? 2 years of strong meeting support experience, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.<br/></div><div>? 2 years of experience creating PowerPoint presentations.<br/></div><div>? 2 years of experience proofreading and formatting Word documents in a professional work setting.<br/></div><div>? 2 years of experience with and knowledge of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy.<br/></div><div>? 1 year of experience processing and reviewing expenses.<br/></div><div>? Familiarity with financial or administrative systems, such as expense processing or invoice tracking tools.<br/></div><div>? Experience preparing professional documents, briefing materials, or memos.<br/></div><div>?
