Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP) New grads welcome! *We offer:* *- Full Extended Health Benefits Package* (Must work minimum 25 hrs / week to qualify) *- 65-35% split with 2% vacation pay and bonuses *negotiable based on workflow and experience *- Paid trainings, conferences and renewals of certificates* in areas such as; CPR, AED, business management, billing & accounting, legislation and registrations, techniques and modalities *- Tools and equipment needed to support your role *(ex. cupping sets, hot stones, fascial tools, ultrasound and laser machines, etc.) our treatment rooms are outfitted with everything needed to support a fulltime practice *- Direct Billing, Online Scheduling, Linens* and all overhead fees, marketing, etc *- Opportunities for Growth and Advancement* our clinic offers the opportunity to move into management and business partnership roles, as well as shareholder stakes. As we scale our locations, we always offer new opportunities for growth to our employees first. *Responsibilities* * Perform a variety of techniques tailored to individual client needs * Maintain positive client feedback * Maintain positive working atmosphere * Communicate clearly and effectively * Maintain good reliability in attendance to scheduled appointments and shifts * Keep clear and concise documentation and record keeping * Act in accordance with Ontario laws and industry standards * Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients where necessary * Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times *Qualifications* * Background in soft tissue techniques, including fascial technique and massage an asset * Experience with clinical cases, WSIB an asset * Background in personal training and asset * Spa experience an asset * Good attitude and positive work ethic * Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and address client concerns * A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with education and research.
