Sales Floor Assistant Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Sales Floor Assistant Manager to lead and direct daily sales floor operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This individual will play a critical leadership role in coaching staff, reinforcing company standards, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times. The Assistant Manager will work directly on the floor throughout their shift, actively leading by example, motivating the team, and ensuring all operational policies and procedures are consistently executed. This role serves as a key support partner to the Store Manager and Associate Store Manager and will help guide the sales team when senior leadership is not present on the floor. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, understands the importance of sales-driven culture, and can confidently hold a team accountable while developing staff performance. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Floor Management * Lead the sales floor and maintain a strong visible presence throughout each shift * Drive a ?sales-first? culture by coaching staff on customer engagement, selling behaviors, and closing techniques * Motivate and direct team members to achieve daily sales goals and performance expectations * Reinforce urgency, productivity, and strong floor coverage in a fast-paced environment * Ensure staff consistently deliver exceptional customer service experiences Team Coaching & Development * Train, mentor, and develop staff on company policies, procedures, and sales expectations * Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback throughout the day * Support onboarding and training of new employees * Help develop key holders into stronger leaders * Hold staff accountable to operational and behavioral expectations Operations & Standards * Ensure sales floor presentation standards are consistently maintained * Oversee execution of daily operational tasks and management functions * Monitor compliance with company procedures, policies, and loss prevention standards * Identify operational issues and communicate solutions proactively * Assist leadership with delegation and execution of store priorities Leadership Support * Act as a trusted extension of store leadership when Store Managers are occupied or unavailable * Provide feedback and guidance regarding team performance and day-to-day floor operations * Help create a positive, high-performance team culture built around accountability and results Ideal Candidate * Strong retail leadership experience in a high-volume environment * Proven ability to coach teams to achieve sales goals * Highly organized with strong operational awareness * Confident communicator who can lead with authority and professionalism * Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence * Thrives in fast-paced environments and can multitask effectively * Passionate about customer service, merchandising, and sales performance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $48,000.00 per year Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: * Retail Management: 5 years (preferred) Language: * English (required) Work Location: In person
