*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care, foster positive patient relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our clinic. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a diverse patient caseload, including pediatric and adult patients, utilizing advanced dental technology and software. *Duties* * Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring clear communication of procedures and options. * Utilize dental software such as Dentrix to document patient records accurately and efficiently. * Administer various dental treatments including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care. * Provide pediatric dental care with sensitivity to the unique needs of children and adolescents. * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive measures, and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health. * Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. * Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and adhere to medical terminology standards in documentation. * Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through ongoing professional development. *Experience* * Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory; we value motivated *new graduates* eager to learn. * Proficiency with dental management software such as Dentrix is highly desirable. *Requirement* * Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process * Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements * Valid CPR certification Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year Expected hours: 22.0 ? 25.0 per week Work Location: In person- Location Greater Sudbury, ON
