*Overview* We are seeking a friendly and professional Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, providing memorable dining experiences for guests. *Duties* * Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS. * Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities. * Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times. * Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. * Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support smooth restaurant operations. * Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards. * Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. * Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. *Skills* * Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a solid understanding of the food industry. * Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order processing. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. * Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation protocols. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. * Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and handling cash transactions accurately. * Experience with food handling, food safety standards, and food preparation is preferred. * Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving techniques and hospitality best practices. * Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience and revenue.
