Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Conduct performance reviews. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supply information on package tour vacancies. Sell travel products and travel insurance. Pre-flight documentation. Co-ordinate activities with local tour guides or leaders of performance groups. Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system. Database software. Adobe Acrobat Reader. Sabre.
