*Total Express* is looking for a *Logistics Coordinator* to join the *Import * Team. \* Position: Logistics Coordinator (Full time), Entry level \* Location: #158, 12759 Vulcan Way, Richmond, BC \* Starting salary $3,750.00 / month (re-evaluation after 6 months) \* Hours: Mon. to Fri. 8:30AM to 5:00PM \* Probation period: 3 months / Group benefits: After 3 months *Responsibilities:* * General office duties including filing, copying, scanning and any other duties as assigned * 1 to 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, or international logistics * Solid understanding of ocean freight terminology, container types (FCL/LCL), and inland freight coordination * Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments with strict deadlines * *Coordinate with sufferance warehouses and steamship lines to ensure that arrival documentation is received and processed in a timely manner.* * Enter receiving reports into the Warehouse Management System upon receipt * May perform a variety of operations support functions including dispatch, expediting, receiving, inventory control, material handling, packing, traffic coordination and customer service.*What you bring:* * Ability to clearly and concisely present both written and/or oral information * Ability to multitask, organize, attention to details * Completion of College or equivalent. * Fluent in English, Korean / Japanese WWW.TOTALEXPRESS.CA Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * Extended health care Work Location: In person- Location Richmond, BC
