*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients in a comfortable and relaxing manner. This role requires a good understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to promoting oral health. *Duties* * Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health including probing. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental check-ups. * Skilled with radiographs and charting. * Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care. * Educate patient on dental treatments and adjunct periodontal therapies. * Maintain an organized work environment in accordance with infection control protocols. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience. *Qualifications* * Valid Dental Hygienist license in British Columbia * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate treatments effectively with patients of all ages. * Ability to educate patients such that they accept their dental treatments. * Promote and facilitate the dentists treatment protocol. * Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. * Have a good understanding of perdiodontal procedures.
