*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Elite Cleaner to provide exceptional residential cleaning services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring our clients' homes are maintained to the highest standards. The Elite Cleaner will be responsible for delivering thorough cleaning, laundry, and hospitality services, contributing to a positive client experience. *Responsibilities* * Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization * Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens * Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills * Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of service * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally * Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific preferences and requirements * Uphold safety protocols and ensure the proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment *Experience* * Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate * Proficiency in English is essential * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment * Experience with laundry services and basic cooking is desirable * Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members * Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service consistently and reliably Pay: From $30.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking Work Location: In person- Location Victoria, BC
