<p>Join Our Growing Team of Automotive Professionals!</p><p>Are you a motivated Red Seal Automotive Service Technician and looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, professional, and supportive environment?</p><p>We are a large, full-service automotive shop, equipped with 9 service bays, a precision alignment machine, and a modern lube oil & filter maintenance pit.</p><p>Our focus is on providing top-quality service and building relationships with our clients.</p><p>We’re looking for a driven individual to be part of our experienced and dynamic team.</p><p>What We Offer: Competitive Hourly Wage: $28 to $43 per hour dependent on experience and certification (Not Flat Rate - consistent pay) Health Benefits Plan:   Life Insurance Extended Health Coverage Vision Care Dental Care Employee Discount Program Great work environment Supportive Growing Team Tool Storage Provided Full Service Automotive Shop - Not JUST Tires Room to grow your skills and experience Key Responsibilities: Our team performs diagnostic assessments, repairs and preventive maintenance checks, steering, suspension, exhaust, brakes, A/C services, drivelines, electrical repairs, oil changes, tire services, fluid checks & flushes, Provincial and Commercial Vehicle inspections and all other aspects of the vehicle maintenance services.</p><p>Qualifications: Red Seal Certification, or motivated LVL3 Apprentice Experienced in automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.</p><p>Skilled with repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and computer systems.</p><p>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>Strong communication and customer service skills.</p><p>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Powered by JazzHR</p>- Location Kelowna, BC
