*What You?ll Do:* Join a hands-on team building HVAC products that people count on every day. As an experienced welder, you?ll read and interpret blueprints, set up and operate welding equipment, and produce high-quality welds. You?ll work with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and safety while helping maintain production targets and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. *Driving Responsibilities:* * Production MIG welding * Respond to deadlines and production efficiencies independently * Maintain an excellent attendance record (able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week) * Maintain a positive attitude and be a great team player * Operate various hand tools *What You Bring:* * 1-2 years of welding experience or a combination of education and experience * Ability to read engineering drawings and work orders, including bills of materials * Safety oriented track record * Attention to detail and commitment to produce quality product * Must be willing and available to work rotating shifts *Join a Team That Moves HVAC Forward* * Pay range: $25.47 - $29.07/hour * Profit sharing program * Comprehensive benefits package * Opportunity to join a respected and growing industry leader * Collaborative and supportive work culture focused on innovation and excellence *Step Into Your Next Role:* If you thrive in a quality-focused, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!
