Busy Office in North Vancouver* We are looking for a skilled and professional MOA to join our fast-paced medical office in North Vancouver. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a busy environment, we want to hear from you! *Key Responsibilities:* * Delivering exceptional customer service to patients * Scheduling and coordinating appointments with efficiency * Managing patient records and ensuring they are up-to-date * Handling billing and insurance claims using Plexia software (Plexia experience *is a must*) * Answering phone inquiries and managing office communications * Providing administrative support to physicians and medical staff as needed *Requirements:* * *Plexia software experience is a must* * Previous experience as an MOA in a medical office setting * Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-volume environment * Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team *Duties* * Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. * Manage incoming calls using phone systems, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments. * Maintain electronic medical records (EMR) accurately and efficiently. * Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. * Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. * Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care. * Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff. * Support the office operations as needed. *What We Offer:* * Competitive salary and benefits package * A positive, supportive, and professional work environment * Opportunities for growth and career advancement * Convenient North Vancouver location If you have the required Plexia experience and are passionate about patient care in a fast-paced office, we encourage you to apply today!
