We are currently looking for a Weekend Patient Relationship Coordinator to join our team and help create an outstanding client experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys skincare, aesthetics, sales, and relationship-building in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment. *Position Details* * Primarily Saturdays with potential Sunday shifts * In-person position * Starting wage: $18/hour * Opportunity for additional hours based on clinic needs and performance *What You'll Be Doing Patient Experience & Customer Service* * Welcome clients both in person and over the phone * Create a warm, professional, and high-energy environment * Assist clients with questions regarding treatments, skincare, and services *Scheduling & Coordination* * Book, confirm, and rebook appointments * Help maintain smooth clinic flow and provider schedules * Support front desk organization and daily operations *Relationship Building* * Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up * Help ensure clients feel supported, valued, and excited about their treatment journey *Administrative Support* * Maintain accurate patient records * Process transactions and assist with front desk duties * Support the team with day-to-day clinic operations *What We?re Looking For* * Strong communication and people skills * Friendly, confident, and professional personality * Comfortable discussing products, services, and sales * Organized and detail-oriented * Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment * Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or aesthetic experience is considered an asset * Experience with scheduling software or front desk systems is a bonus *Perks of Joining VLSC* * Staff discounts on treatments and skincare products * Wellness-focused environment * On-site gym access * Ongoing education and training opportunities * Fun, supportive, and professional team culture *How to Apply* Please send your resume along with a brief cover letter telling us why you would be a great fit for the role. hiring@vancouverlaser.com Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
