*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass with precision and care. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior dealership experience and mechanical knowledge are highly valued to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. *Duties* * Remove and replace damaged or broken automotive glass using specialized hand tools and power tools * Inspect vehicles to determine the appropriate glass repair or replacement procedures * Ensure proper sealing and installation of glass to prevent leaks and wind noise * Use heavy lifting techniques to handle large or heavy glass components safely * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times * Assist with related automotive repair tasks as needed, leveraging mechanical knowledge * Communicate effectively with customers regarding service procedures and timelines *Qualifications* * Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred * Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools, power tools, and other automotive equipment * Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks * Experience working with automotive glass installation or repair is a plus * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately * Prior mechanic experience is advantageous but not mandatory This position offers an opportunity for growth within the automotive service industry, requiring a dedicated individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
