This role supports the training needs of all Firm members in various practice groups.SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESSupporting program training needs of all new firm members during the onboarding process and beyond;Setting up and hosting regular refresher training sessions, virtually and in-person, with firm members;Scheduling and delivering one-on-one training sessions as required, virtually and in-person;Working closely with the management team to assess training needs, develop training programs and material, and suggest improvements by identifying any gaps in the current process;Ensuring our program training aligns with the firm's strategic goals;Communicating with IT on backend support issues as needed;Report any areas of concern to the management team, and working collaboratively to find a resolution;Be committed to change; adopting new programs, platforms and methods of training as needed;Candidate must be able to travel to all the NB offices as needed; andOther related duties as identified by the management team.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSStrong technical skillset, ideally with a legal administrative background;Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;Writing and speaking in both official languages is considered an asset;Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills;Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of programs; andLegal Assistant or Paralegal diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution is considered an asset;Cox & Palmer provides a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits:100% Employer paid premiums for individual or family health and dental benefits;Pension with matching employer contribution and Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) program;Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP);Health & Wellness programs including customized online resource platforms;Personal Spending Allowance (PSA)Corporate rates on gym memberships, home/auto insurance, hotel and car rentals;"Smart Dress" policy; andVacation, sick, and personal time allowances.This position will remain posted until successfully filled.
